The above-proposed rule was published in the December 5, 2008 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly, Vol. 34, No. 49. The date the proposed rule was adopted by the agency head was erroneously given as October 10, 2008. The correct date is August 15, 2008. The foregoing change does not affect the substance of the proposed rule.
