9B-70.002: Commission Approval and Accreditation of Advanced Building Code Training Courses

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 34 No. 46, November 14, 2008 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

The NAME OF AGENCY HEAD WHO APPROVED THE PROPOSED RULE is being changed from “Thomas G. Pelham, Secretary, Department of Community Affairs” to “Florida Building Commission”. The date of approval is October 14, 2008.
