OFFICE OF FACILITIES DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
FOR Request for Qualifications (RFQ) OFDC RFQ-002-08/09 Professional Services Architectural/Engineering Services for Portable Classroom Installation, Replacement, Relocation, Repair and Associated Covered Walkway Projects at Various Schools OFDC RFQ-002-08/09. Publish date is February 20, 2009. The Office of Facilities Design and Construction announces that Architect/Engineer services are required for Portable Classroom Installation, Replacement, Relocation, Repair and Associated Covered Walkway Projects at Various Schools and facilities throughout the Duval County Public School District. The Owner reserves the right to select one or more firms to perform the work. The firm(s) selected will be responsible for consulting studies, design, engineering, bid review, inspection and construction administration of various projects. Total estimated construction contract value of project work is estimated at $9,000,000 over a 3-year contract period. The projects may be multi-year funded and are subject to availability of funds as authorized by the Owner. The selected firm(s) shall be required to execute the Duval County School Board standard form of agreement. Applicants are advised that all plans, drawings and specifications for these projects become property of the Owner.
