NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 06, 2009, the Department of State, received a petition for Variance of section VIII.B. of the State Aid Grant Guidelines, which are incorporated by reference into paragraph 1B-2.011(2)(a), F.A.C., from City of Boynton Beach. This Petition requests a 45-day variance from the rule requirement that a library applicant has 30 days after notification by the Department to correct an application deficiency.
