The South Florida Water Management District announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Quarterly meeting of the Everglades Technical Oversight Committee (TOC).

Appeals from any South Florida Water Management District Board decision require a record of the proceedings. Although Governing Board meetings and hearings are normally recorded, affected persons are advised that it may be necessary for them to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
