61C-5.001: Standards Adopted; Exclusions; and Conflicts

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 19, 2009, the Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety has issued an order.
The order granted a variance from Rules 2.7.4 and 3.11.3, ASME A17.3, 1996 requiring restricted door openings, two-way communication and Fire Fighter Service Phase 1 and 2 until August 31, 2009 to John Nolan of Sunset House Apartments in Marco Island.
