NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 03, 2009, the Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety has issued an order.
That order granted a variance to Rene Lippmann of Porta Bella Tacht & Tennis Club of Boca Raton to not comply with Rules 3.11.3 and 2.7.4, ASME A17.3, 1996 edition until August 31, 2010 (VW2008-338).
