61C-5.001: Standards Adopted; Exclusions; and Conflicts

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 03, 2009, the Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety has issued an order.
The order granted a variance from Rule 3.11.3, A17.3, 1996 which requires Fire Fighter Service Phase 1 and 2 to Lee Rigby of Vertical Assessment Associates on behalf of Citrus Tower (VW 2009-348) due to the unique construction of the structure making Fire Fighter Service of negligible benefit compared to the cost involved.
