61-20.001: Licensing Procedure for Manager's License
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect of the proposed amendment to Rule 61-20.001, F.A.C., removes reference to completion of a criminal history records check and includes submission of electronic fingerprints through the designated department vendor and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
