61E14-3.001: Fees
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect of the proposed amendment to Rule 61E14-3.001, F.A.C., removes reference a fingerprint processing fee and adds language related to an applicable fee submitted to the designated department vendor. Additionally, the proposed language removes reference to an examination fee payable to the testing service.
