FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTIFICATION

BRADENTON, FLORIDA

The Florida Department of Environmental Protection has determined that the proposed Bradenton stormwater management will not have a significant adverse affect on the environment.  The proposed project consists of rehabilitating the stormwater management facilities.  The proposed project cost is estimated at $16,515,000.  The project is expected to qualify for a State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal and state matching funds.  A full copy of the Florida Categorical Exclusion Notification can be obtained by writing to: Bhupendra Vora, Bureau of Water Facilities Funding, Department of Environmental Protection, 2600 Blair Stone Road, MS #3505, Tallahassee, Florida 32399‑2400.
