Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 34 No. 52, December 24, 2008 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

The above-referenced rule was published and filed for adoption with the rule number 64B13-4.008. Since rule number 64B13-4.008 is the number for a previously repealed rule, the rule number is being changed to 64B13-4.009. This correction of the rule number does not affect the substance of the rule as published in the Florida Administrative Weekly on December 24, 2008.
