19B-16.003 Participation Agreement.
(1) The contract between the Board and a benefactor shall consist of the benefactor’s completed application and the participation agreement. The Florida College Investment Plan Participation Agreement, Form No. FPCB 2009-4, (Effective Date _______), 2008-4, is hereby incorporated by reference. The form may be obtained from the Board by calling 1(800)552-GRAD (4723)(prompt 1).
