Compliance with the Florida Single Audit Act – (FDJJ 1810) is established to implement the provisions of Section 215.97, F.S. (Florida Single Audit Act) by the Department of Juvenile Justice; to ensure the Department promotes sound financial management of state financial assistance expenditures; and to ensure the Department monitors, uses, and follow up on audits related to state financial assistance provided to non-state entities. The policy is posted for a single 20 working day review and comment period, with the closure date for submission of comments on the policy of April 30, 2009. Responses to comments received will be posted on the above Website.
