The Agency for Health Care Administration has received an application for an emergency service exemption from Citrus Memorial Hospital, 502 Highland Blvd, Inverness, FL 34452 pursuant to Section 395.1041(3), Florida Statutes and Rule 59A-3.255, Florida Administrative Code. The hospital is requesting an emergency service exemption for Endocrinology, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Plastic Surgery. Comments received within 15 days of publication will be considered by the Agency prior to making a determination of exemption status.
