61C-5.001: Standards Adopted; Exclusions; and Conflicts

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 30, 2009, the Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for temporary variance Rule 61C-5.001, Standards Adopted; Exclusions; and Conflicts, F.A.C., from Rules 2.7.4 and 3.11.3, A17.3, 1996 which require restricted door openings and Fire Fighter Service Phase 1 and 2 from John Lapi of Sutton Place Condominiums in Palm Beach, Florida (Lic. numbers 30108-30111) (VW2009-064).
