NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 07, 2009, the Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for a variance from ASME A17.3 requiring an emergency access hatch from Chuck Sanz representing Horizon House in Naples (VW 2009-077).
