61C-5.001: Standards Adopted; Exclusions; and Conflicts

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 20, 2009, the Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for a variance from Rule 2.8.2.4, ASME A17.1 which prohibits foreign piping in the elevator machine room. The petition was received from Michael Shumack on behalf of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (VW 2009-093).
