NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 21, 2009, the Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for a variance from unspecified rules which prohibits unauthorized personnel access through the machine room and requiring 7 foot clearance in the machine room from Mark DeWitt of Traveler Elevator on behalf of Most Worshipful Union Grand Lodge in Jacksonville (VW 2009-096).
