NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 23, 2009, the Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for a temporary variance from unknown sections of A17.3, 1996 which requires Fire recall and emergency signal alarm phone from Charles DiCroce on behalf od The Landfall Condominium Association, Jupiter Island (VW 2009-102).
