NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 23, 3009, the Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for emergency variance from Rule 2.14.1.7, ASMEA17.1, which requires a handrail on the outside parimeter of the cartop. The request was received from Wayne Ernst of Oracle Elevator on behalf of USF Residence Facility, Tampa (VW 2009-103).
