The Southwest Florida Workforce Development Board, Inc. is soliciting quotes from Temporary Leasing or Payroll Companies (Temp) to act as the Employer of Record for youth involved in work experience for the provision of programmatic services under various summer youth employment and training programs within Collier, Charlotte, Hendry, Glades and Lee Counties, as required under the Workforce Investment Act of 1998; the Social Security Act, Title IV; the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Act of 1996 (Welfare Transition Program); Florida’s Workforce Innovation Act of 2000; and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. It is anticipated that no more than 250 individuals will participant in the program between May 1, 2009 until September 30, 2009.
