Requests for Department Records (FDJJ 1910 – revised policy) sets forth the Department’s process for the request and production of public records.

Contract and Grant Monitoring Policy (FDJJ 2000 – new policy) establishes contract and grant monitoring for all contracted programs and services within the Department of Juvenile Justice.

The policies are posted for a single 20 working day review and comment period, with the closure date for submission of comments on the policy of June 12, 2009. Responses to comments received will be posted during the review period to the extent possible, but no later than 10 working days after the end of the review period on the above Website.
