PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SERVICES

The Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) announces that professional services are required for the project listed below.

PROJECT NAME: Collins Rehabilitation Building #39

PROJECT LOCATION: The Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind, 207 N. San Marco Ave., St. Augustine, FL 32084-2799.

SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED: Architectural/Engineering services for a Historical Rehabilitation to provide an honor dormitory with mixed residential uses. The applicant firm needs to demonstrate experience in projects using the Secretary of Interior Standards and Interior Space Planning. The project shall conform to the FSDB Construction Standards and shall be LEED Certified.

The facility is a 4,351 square foot two story structure originally constructed in 1930, which consist of dormitory areas and residential living areas.

PROJECT BUDGET: $1,380,000.00

CONSTRUCTION BUDGET: $1,110,000.00
