Notice of this proposed adoption was published in the Florida Administrative Weekly on April 10, 2009 (Vol. 35, No. 14, pp. 1743-1744). Notice of change for this proposed rule was published in the Florida Administrative Weekly on May 1, 2009 (Vol. 35, No. 17, pp. 2080-2081).
