NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 07, 2009, the Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for a temporary variance from A17, ASME for unspecified violations until the modernizations can be completed. The request was received from Dave Palmer on behalf of Winter Park Hospital (VW 2009-134).
