NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 07, 2009, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Richard Dolson, OTIS Elevator Company, Tampa, Florida on behalf of All Children’s Hospital Medical Office Building, St. Petersburg, FL. The petitioner is requesting a variance for installing new OTIS Gen 2 technology for MRLs and use of coated steel belts per ASME A17.1 (2005s), ASME A17.1 (2004), Section 1.2, (VW 2009-135).
