NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 04, 2009, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Duane Knecht, PE Stetson University, on behalf of Presser Hall at Stetson University, Deland, FL. The petitioner is requesting a temporary variance for extension of time in order to make the necessary corrections per ASME A17.3 (1996), for Firefighters’ Service and mechanical room (VW 2009-120).
