NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 04, 2009, the Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for a temporary variance from the requirement of having restricted door openings for an undetermined time period from Jeanne S. Dufreset of The Housing Authority of the City of Fort Myers (VW 2009-187).
