NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 08, 2009, the Board of Massage Therapy, received a petition for waiver or variance from Donald Covino, with respect to the 12 hours of continuing education via live classroom, because he is employed as a commercial truck driver which precludes him from attending classes.
