NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 04, 2009, the Agency for Health Care Administration, received a petition for waiver of subsection 59A-7.020(15), F.A.C., from DVA Laboratory Services, Inc. The petition requests a waiver of rule provisions prohibiting personnel to provide assistance in the collection and processing of specimens. The specific provision on which the waiver is sought is paragraph 59A-7.020(15)(g), F.A.C. The Petitioner in its request seeks a permanent waiver from the rule due to substantial hardship.
