12B-5.401: County Levy of Ninth-Cent Gas Tax on Motor Fuel and Special Fuel; Collection of Tax (Repealed)

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 35 No. 5, February 6, 2009 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

Rule 12B-5.401, F.A.C., was previously assigned. In compliance with Rule 1B-30.001, F.A.C., new rule number 12B-5.375, F.A.C., has been assigned to Rule 12B-5.401, F.A.C. This change does not affect the substance of the rule.
