NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 32 No. 30, July 28, 2006 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

The correction is in response to comments submitted by the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee. The correction is as follows:

In order to maintain integrity, the Board is assessing a one time assessment fee on all podiatric physicians of $375.00, payable by March 31, 2007, in compliance with Section 456.025, F.S.
