NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 18, 2009, the Board of Massage Therapy, received a petition for waiver or variance from Heather Malinowski, of paragraph 64B7-29.001(5)(e), F.A.C., requiring an apprentice be trained in an establishment that has hydrotherapy equipment. Petitioner alleges that this creates a hardship because her sponsor does not have hydrotherapy equipment, and would have to build another room to the establishment.
