NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 19, 2009, the Board of Massage Therapy, received a petition for Rhonda Bell and Bethany Crawley, seeking a waiver or variance of Rule 64B7-29.002, F.A.C., requiring Petitioners to apprentice with a massage establishment containing a whirlpool bath, sauna, steam cabinet and/or steam room.
