NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 15, 2009, the Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for a temporary variance from unspecified rules as adopted by Chapter 3001.2 as adopted by paragraph 61C-5.001(1)(a), F.A.C., from Pierre Thiemann on behalf of Port Belleair Condominium Association in Belleaire Bluffs, FL.
