NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 22, 2009, the Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for a temporary variance from unspecified sections of A17.3, 1996 as adopted by Chapter 3001.2 as adopted by paragraph 61C-5.001(1)(a), F.A.C., from Karen S. Wright on behalf of Oceans Seven Condominium Association, Inc. in Daytona Beach Shores, FL. License Number 22704 & 22705 (VW 2009-315).
