GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This Hearing is being held to allow interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the location, conceptual design, social, economic, and environmental effects of the proposed reconstruction of I-395 from the Midtown Interchange (I-95/SR 836/I-395) to the MacArthur Causeway in Miami-Dade County, Florida, a distance of approximately 1.5 miles.
