NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 30, 2009, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for a temporary variance from A17.1 and A17.3, Rule 3.11.3, as adopted by Chapter 30, Section 3001.2 Florida Building Code adopted by paragraph 61C-5.001(1)(a), F.A.C. The petitioner, Resource Property Management, 7300 Park Street, Seminole, FL 33777 and location of Shipwatch I, 11730 Shipwatch Dr., Largo, FL 33774, SNs 35372-35373, requests the variance for time extension to complete repairs and for economic/financial hardship. The petition was received from Gary Niznik, Property Manager (VW 2009-346).
