The petitioner, DRA/CRT Orlando Central Center, LLC, 930 Woodcock Rd., Ste. 127, Orlando, FL, and location of Independence Building, 1010 Executive Center Dr., Orlando, FL 32803, SN 6792, requests the variance for an extension of time to complete repairs and for economic/financial hardship.
