NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 24, 2009, the Board of Accountancy, received a petition for John M. Murphy, seeking a variance or waiver of subsection 61H1-33.003(7), F.A.C., which requires that sponsors of formal correspondence or other individual study technical business and accounting and auditing programs be approved by the National Association of State Board of Accountancy Quality Assurance Service.
