NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 31, 2009, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for an emergency temporary variance from A17.3, Section 3.11.3, as adopted by Chapter 30, Section 3001.2 Florida Building Code adopted by paragraph 61C-5.001(1)(a), F.A.C. The petitioner, Collier Association Management, 3400 Tamiami Trail North, Suite 300, Naples, FL 34103, and location of the Fairway Building, 1000 Tamiami Trail, North, Naples, FL, Serial Number 31962, requests the variance for an extension of time to complete repairs and for economic/ financial hardship.
