NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 13, 2009, the Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for a temporary variance from unspecified section(s) of A17.1 as adopted by Chapter 3001.2 as adopted by paragraph 61C-5.001(1)(a), F.A.C., from Ernie Moses on behalf of Ramada Conference Center in Tallahassee License Numbers 36727, 36551 and 36552 (VW 2009-414).
