Wood, Unit Owner and Petitioner, Snug Harbor Lakes Condominium Association, Inc.; Docket No. 2006046932.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 718.112(2)(2), Florida Statutes and subsection 61B-23.002(10), Florida Administrative Code, as it applies to the petitioner.
