NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 01, 2009, the Department of Community Affairs, received a petition for Waiver of a portion of Rule 9K-7.003, F.A.C., for Florida Communities Trust Lake Dan Preserve – Phase Two Project. The Petition was filed by Hillsborough County and assigned the case number DCA09-WAI-303.
