The Request for Proposal may be downloaded from the website www.elcmdm.com in the Request for Proposal section of the Download Center. The services consist of providing every 4-year old child in Florida a high quality Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten program, which ensures that all children are intellectually, emotionally, physically, and socially ready to enter school, ready to learn, and fully recognizing the crucial roles of parents as their child’s first teacher. There will be a Mandatory Applicant’s Conference on Wednesday, October 18th at 1:00 p.m. The Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informality in any proposal or to re-advertise.
