NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 09, 2009, the Department of Health, received a petition for variance from Daniel Hernandez, Esq., representing Infiltrator Systems, Inc. Specifically, the petitioner seeks a variance from subsection 64E-6.009(7), Florida Administrative Code, which requires innovative system testing to be completed before alternative system component and design approval is granted and that the request for approval include the results of the innovative testing.
