NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 28, 2009, the Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for a temporary variance from Rule 3.11.3 and 2.7.4, A17.3, 1996 as adopted by Chapter 3001.2 as adopted by paragraph 61C-5.001(1)(a), F.A.C., which requires Fire Fighter Service Phase 1 and 2 and restricted door openings from Karen J. Cochran on behalf of The Islander Condominium Association in Clearwater, FL, License Number 10852 & 10886 (VW 2009-449).
