FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTIFICATION

City of Live Oak

The Florida Department of Environmental Protection has determined that the City of Live Oak’s project to construct three wells, a water treatment facility, a 750,000 gallon elevated storage tank, and a water main extension will not adversely affect the environment. The total cost of the project is estimated to be $6,865,000. The project may qualify for a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal funds and state funds.
