REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council (“TCRPC”) invites qualified consultants to submit expressions of interest in compliance with all requirements of the Request for Expressions of Interest document (hereinafter “Expressions of Interest”) that has been prepared by TCRPC and will be available as indicated below. TCRPC extends this invitation in order for TCRPC to obtain the services of consultants related to: inventorying of brownfields, environmental site assessments, preparation of cleanup and reuse plans, carrying out community involvement activities, carrying out environmental cleanups at contaminated brownfields sites, and other services set forth in the Expressions of Interest on a continuing contract basis in connection with TCRPC’s Brownfields Program. TCRPC’s Brownfields Program is funded in part by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency pursuant to grant agreements received by TCRPC from time to time and is intended to facilitate the redevelopment and revitalization of brownfield areas contaminated by hazardous substances and/or petroleum. On or after October 2, 2009, interested consultants can obtain the required Expression of Interest form by contacting: Ms. Liz Gulick at (772)221-4060; or by downloading it from TCRPC’s web site: http://www.tcrpc.org or by picking up a copy at the TCRPC office address below.

All interested consultants are hereby notified that TCRPC reserves the right to issue addenda to the Expressions of Interest which addenda will be posted on TCRPC’s web site and not published in the Florida Administrative Weekly. TCRPC also reserves all other rights, privileges and options as set forth in the Expressions of Interest.

Completed Expressions of Interest packets must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. November 6, 2009 or they will be rejected. Submittal is to be made to:
